Thank you for using BeBetter ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Data Processing

On-Device Processing: BeBetter is designed to process your workout data and camera footage locally on your device. AI pose detection (MediaPipe) runs entirely on your iPhone. Your camera feed is never uploaded to any server — it is analyzed in real time on your device and discarded immediately after each frame.

Workout Data: Your training plans, workout history, rep counts, and exercise records are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data stays on your phone and is not sent to our servers.

Apple Watch: When using the Apple Watch companion app, heart rate data and workout synchronization are transmitted locally between your iPhone and Apple Watch via Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data never leaves your devices.

2. Data Collection

We collect limited, non-content data to operate and improve BeBetter. We do not collect your camera feed, workout videos, body measurements, or exercise history.

• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage events such as exercise type selected, workout duration, and feature engagement. This helps us improve stability and product experience. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Purchase and Subscription Data: Purchase status and entitlement state are processed via Apple's App Store to unlock paid features. We do not have access to your full payment details.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your workout data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit: Used to process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions. Apple handles payment transactions securely.
• Apple HealthKit (optional): With your explicit permission, BeBetter may read workout data from Apple Health to enrich your training insights. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not share your personal data with third parties. Your workout data remains on your device and in your iCloud account if you have iCloud sync enabled. You can delete all app data by uninstalling BeBetter or using the data management options in the app.
