Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BeBetter mobile application operated by us.
By accessing or using BeBetter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the application.
BeBetter is a fitness tracking and exercise guidance tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program. The pose detection and rep counting features are designed for guidance and motivation — they do not guarantee perfect form assessment. Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
BeBetter grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
BeBetter requires camera access for AI pose detection during workouts. The camera feed is processed locally on your device in real time and is never uploaded to any server. You may revoke camera permission at any time in iOS Settings, but pose detection features will not function without it.
You may purchase a subscription or lifetime license to unlock premium features. Purchases are processed securely via Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The materials and features within BeBetter are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of exercise counting, form assessment, or fitness recommendations.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, personal injury, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BeBetter.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
