Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NoScreenshot mobile application operated by us.
By accessing or using NoScreenshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the application.
NoScreenshot grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use.
You must sign in with Apple to use cloud-based features (LLM text enhancement). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID account.
You may delete your account in the app from Account & Credits > Manage Account. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Credits: LLM features consume credits. You can obtain credits through new user bonuses or in-app purchases.
In-App Purchases: Purchases are processed securely via Apple's App Store. Subscriptions (if applicable) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The materials and services within NoScreenshot are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
LLM-generated content may not be accurate. We are not responsible for the accuracy of generated text.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use NoScreenshot.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cloud features (LLM) may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
NoScreenshot and its related logos, designs, and code are owned by us. Your notes remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
