Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PocketBox mobile application operated by us.
By accessing or using PocketBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the application.
PocketBox grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use.
Pro Access: You may purchase a subscription or lifetime license ("Pro") to unlock all features. Purchases are processed securely via Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The materials within PocketBox are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use PocketBox.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
