Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ReadyGo mobile application ("the App") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ReadyGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use License

ReadyGo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may use ReadyGo for personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes.

3. ReadyGo Pro Subscription

ReadyGo offers both free and premium ("Pro") access:

• Free Tier: Core trip planning features, basic packing lists, and limited trip creation.
• Pro Access: You may purchase a subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual) or a lifetime license to unlock all features including unlimited trips, AI-powered smart packing lists, weather forecasts, and future premium features.

All purchases are processed securely via Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. AI Features

ReadyGo provides AI-powered packing suggestions through two methods:

• Apple Intelligence (On-device): Runs locally on compatible devices. No data is sent to external servers.
• Cloud AI (Third-party Services): You may optionally connect your own API key to third-party AI services. You are responsible for your use of such services and must comply with their respective terms of service. ReadyGo does not control third-party AI services and is not responsible for their outputs or data handling.

5. Weather Data

Weather forecasts are provided by Apple's WeatherKit service. While we strive for accuracy, weather data is provided on an "as is" basis and should not be your sole source for critical travel decisions.

6. User Content

All trip data, packing lists, and personal information you create within ReadyGo is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership and control of your data. You are responsible for backing up your device data.

7. Disclaimer

ReadyGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. Travel recommendations, packing suggestions, and weather forecasts are for reference only.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or costs resulting from the use of or inability to use ReadyGo.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of ReadyGo after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
