Common Questions

Where are my photos stored?

TagCamera can store photos on your device. Depending on your settings, photos may be saved in the App's local sandbox and/or the iOS Photos library.

How do I make sure important photos are not lost?

If a photo is important, enable Settings → Save to Photos in the App. This saves your captures to the iOS Photos library so you can manage them with Apple Photos and iCloud as you prefer.

I enabled Pro but features are still locked

Go to the Pro/Store screen and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

How do I delete data?

You can delete photos from within the app's library.
You can clear app-managed photos from Settings → Clear all photos. This removes photos managed by the app (e.g. in-app records and sandbox files). Photos you saved to the iOS Photos library are managed in Apple Photos.
